BetMGM Premier League Darts, the invitational event where some of the world’s best players compete across the UK and Europe, has officially kicked off!
The opening night took place at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle, where three-time World Champion Michael van Gerwen claimed victory against fellow Dutchman Gian van Veen.

The BetMGM Premier League Darts runs from February to May, with the final showdown taking place at The O2 Arena in London.
As of today, Luke Littler stands as the favourite to win the league, with odds of 1.84 on BetMGM.co.uk. Luke Humphries is the runner-up at 4.50, followed by Gian van Veen at 6.00, despite losing on the opening night.
