Thursday December 17 was a special day. 2025 has been a year full of energy, progress and big wins. And every highlight has one thing in common: our people. So on the evening of the 17th, we came together across our offices to celebrate LeoAwards 2025, recognising the hard work and talent of the people who drive our culture and success.
