Women shaping tech at LeoVegas Group

Every day across LeoVegas Group, women are designing, building and improving the technology that powers our products and player experience.

For International Women’s Day, we wanted to highlight some of the women who inspire us through how they lead, collaborate and solve problems. Technology isn’t built by job titles. It’s built by people with different perspectives, ideas and experiences working together. These are some of their stories.

Charlotta leads product teams responsible for some of the core experiences on the LeoVegas platform, including payments, identity and customer engagement.

Her role is a mix of strategy, prioritisation and helping teams solve complex problems. Ultimately, the work her teams do shapes how players experience LeoVegas products every day.

What motivates her most is the people around her.

When talented people come together to solve a problem and deliver something that genuinely improves the player experience, that’s incredibly rewarding.”

Her role sits at the intersection of business and technology. She works closely with teams across commercial, marketing, compliance and engineering to make sure the right priorities, staffing and processes are in place to deliver great products.

But for Alejandra, the most important part of her role is the team culture.

“We’ve built a team that values innovation and data-driven thinking while still keeping the human side of things. The collaboration and attitude people bring to challenges is something I’m very proud of.”
